Advisors

The Board of Directors regularly and gratefully receives advice from the following civil servants who are professionally engaged with issues on the Winnebago Pool Lakes:

Catherine Neiswender is the Community Development Educator for Winnebago County UW-Extension. She has experience and degrees in management of regional water quality, wildlife, and cultural resources. She currently chairs the Board of Directors for the River Alliance of Wisconsin and lives in Appleton.

Chad Cook is the Fox-Wolf Basin Educator with UW-Extension. He has degrees and experience in lake management, wastewater, aquatic toxicology, and water resources management.

Mark Sesing is a Water Resource Management Specialist with the Wisconsin DNR, stationed in Horicon. He is a trainer for volunteer monitoring of lakes and aquatic invasive species.

Robin McClennan is Wisconsin DNR Basin Supervisor for the Upper Fox Watershed and the Winnebago Pool Watershed and is stationed in Oshkosh.
